We need help in a number of areas.
There are a number of things that we need.
If you feel that you would like to help in our efforts anything that you do would be appreciated.
1. Our greatest need at the time is Dog Food. We feed a special high protien high fat food. River Run (Red Bag) We have tried many diferent brands and this one is the one that we have found to serve our family the best.
2. Medical attention. We have a very active health program. Our Vet vaccinates for Rabies, Parvo,heart Worms, etc...We also have to flea and tick control not only the animals but the grounds as well.
3. Fencing materials. We are currently using standard 6' dog wire. We would like to be able to build new enclosures using chain link. Dog wire requires a constant repair and replacing.
4. Land. Right now we are located on a 1 acre space. Not nearly enough land for the ammount of wolves that we have. We would like for them to be able to run and have some freedom. We hope to move to at least a 10 acre site. This would greatly expand the range of their activities and enable us to be able to do more rescues than we have done in the past.
We currently simply can not do more rescues because of the number of animals that we already have on hand. The need for rescues are great but the help in that area is very limited.
